Returns & Exchanges

 

We want you to love your purchase from Justin Kral Art. If you’re not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

 

 


Return Eligibility

 

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Final sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized products are not eligible for return.
  • We do not accept returns of perishable goods, personal care items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.


 

Return Shipping

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • You may ship the return using your preferred carrier, or request a prepaid return label from us (actual cost will be deducted from your refund).

 

 


Restocking Fee

  • Refunds to the original payment method incur a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.
  • We waive the restocking fee when you choose store credit instead of a refund — so you’ll get the full value of your return to use anytime in our shop.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email justinkralart@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the correct facility address based on your order’s fulfillment center (listed below).
  3. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds (minus any applicable return shipping and restocking fees) will be issued to your original payment method once your return is inspected and approved.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after your return is received. Bank or card issuer times may vary.
  • Store credit is issued as a digital gift card with no expiration date.

 

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, return your original purchase as above, then place a new order for the item you’d like.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

 

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order ships into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the eligibility requirements listed above.
